Jboysmom is a crazy one to add to your list. Pretty much only leaves Negs and takes FOREVER (14 days to pay). Catlady_yellow is another one; she never negs but leaves backhanded positives, which are mostly because of her inability to read descriptions. Alot of her feedback reads "Isn't worth the money, can't see because of my poor eyes" or "heartless seller won't accept return". Pretty funny to go through and read, after you rush to your BBL of course!
Add janhrdy to the list. I sold her a 6 CD set, and she started her obnoxiousness by asking if I was withholding two items which supposedly "were included" with the set. I certainly was not. The 6 CD set had been given to me by a friend to sell. I had started the auction at 99 cents, seeing as how the CDs were used, "like new."
She then went on after she won the items, asking me to add extra padding to the envelope. This sent the package over the amount she had paid to ship by a few cents, but I figured OH WELL, no big deal. I responded, confirming that I had taken extra care to pad the CDs, but she did not thank me.
After she received the 6 CD set 2 days later and felt buyers remorse, or possibly copied the CDs to her computer...she snottily asked why I didn't mention that I had supposedly "changed" one of the cases which made it "cumbersome" to remove one of the fully-functioning CDs. Excuse me? Sounds like a petty complaint made by a petty person. This 6 CD set was sold LIKE NEW. Where is the picture of this supposed swap-out? Most music stores would not accept a return for opened CDs either.
I have a 100% positive feedback score which may be tarnished because SOMEONE is unable to scam me by copying CDs I had sold, then attempting to return the CDs once she's finished copying them. I am NOT a CD rental service! Perhaps if she had been a bit nicer, less demanding, and less of a harassing buyer I would have been more than willing to go against my own policy, which is NO RETURNS in order to accommodate her needs. Ever heard of the saying, “You attract more flies with honey than with vinegar?” Janhrdy is BY FAR the worst buyer I have ever dealt with in my 7 years as an eBay member. Beware of vanderda she bought some Legos from me then filed a dispute saying they weren't as described. Then when I received the item back about 1/4 of the pieces were missing. She then listed a few auctions a couple of days later that included several items similar to what I was missing.

One fellow was just indicted by the U.S. Postal police and might get 20yrs. So be careful what you place your faith in.

She bought an item on Dec 19 thru paypal with an eCheck. Payment clears on Dec 22 and I shipped Dec 23rd via USPS Priority because that's what she paid for. She emails me Dec 23rd at 9:57PM demanding I return all shipping costs to her because she's not getting her item for Christmas, 4 minutes later another email same demand. 2 minutes later she neg's stating in all caps how she didn't get her item until AFTER Christmas......not to mention there is still one delivery day left (today).....but even that's not the point -- she shouldn't have paid by eCheck if she didn't want to wait.

When I asked him to adjust feedback he tried to extort $ back claiming shipment took too long but because he was new to ebay his paypal account had to wait 3 days to clear and then the airport shut down, tracking receipt clearly states delay beyond their control!

She has stalked, harassed, etc. Going so far as to look up family photos and backgrounds online to "scare" sellers. She calls at all hours after getting your phone number from ebay, screaming or crying or cursing. She lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon and leaves negative feedback, demands refunds while keeping merchandise. After a decade of eBay, it's safe to say this is the saddest/most disturbed buyer ever. I've included her real name because she changes ID's frequently. She buys patterns, books, make up and vera bradley bags.

Regarding EBid; I have had an account for one year. Zero sales, virtually no traffic. I believe EBid could still be useful to the seller if you advertise your store and generate your own traffic.

Now that we've tried it, the Red Box works great and we even discovered a new way to use it that's not listed... "schlagzeug66" is a total slime-ball buyer. Has a track record going all the way back to the 90's of not bothering to read listings then blaming the seller for his diappointment with either neutral or negative feedback usually without even bothering to contact the seller before hand.
Eiiightequalsd, was the winning bidder of one of our auctions. A couple of days after the bidding closed we received an email from him saying that he wouldn't have the money to pay until the following Friday. Once Friday came, there was no payment and he did not respond to any of our emails. When we spoke to Ebay Trust & Safety they disclosed he had several strikes filed against him for non-payment and we added ours to the list and we began implementing the two strike per year screen on our listings. Several days later I was looking at his feedback page and he had a new positive feedback for purchasing an almost identical item the day after we opened our strike on his account. We have been fortunate in the sense that we haven't had to open many cases on buyers, so in all honesty I do not know what restrictions it places on a members account with respects to their purchasing ability, however, it seems rather callous of Ebay to have served up another unsuspecting seller to this member so quickly after he scammed us.
Another buyer-beauty from the world of Ebay "soundman2555" This buyer purchased from us then realized he misunderstood the listing and assumed he had been scammed. In his first email to us he accused us engaging in sleazy business practices, complained that we were taking too long to respond, and threatened us with negative feedback. He went into a lengthy tirade about how he was a far more experienced seller and knew that what we were doing was wrong ...btw... he didn’t have one single seller feedback score to his name. This is one of the primary difficulties of selling online, some people feel emboldened in that they do not have to actually face anyone prompting them to act like total assholes.
silvertoad-dc...........complained about an item after in his possesion for over 3 days, proceeds to demand refund, and accused me of using fake pictures, misrepresenting item. No moron read the listing, it is all detailed information, he went as far as complaining about form of shipment, when I added insurance at my own expense and send priority at my own expense. Watch out for this guy, his feed back is low, but I think he has another account, sounds scammer savvy to me.

Major warning this buyer is an incredible snob and leaves very abusive and nitpicky feedback and has ripped off buyers as well when he was a seller.
This clown bought two items from me then he took 4 days to pay for them, then then they were shipped out with combined shipping to save on shipping, (note i live in the east coast of the us and this guy lives in California) which he payed for. 5 days after receiving his items he leaves a neutral whining "Seller over charged for shipping. Item not worth the price. Not described well." when there was a clear description of what he was getting and was willing to bid it up as high as he could to win it. He expects to get something for nothing when as a seller it costs money and my time to pack these and USPS is not free.
Then the jerk complains on another feedback that the other item was very high shipping. And the worst part was he never contacted me to tell me there was a problem, he has been reported to ebay for feedback manipulation and blocked.

gwenisha1987 Ebay is her free Netflix account. Actually bought a DVD set, replied 7 days later it wouldnt play right, filed claim and won with Ebay/Paypal even though I said I would return it. She claimed item damaged. Actually took the time to destroy all the discs with scratches after opening and watching(took her an extra week to even drop in mail), topped it off with big Cheetohs finger prints on the discs. A sloppy scammer to boot. Unreal! I took pictures of returned discs and sent to Paypal and Ebay dispute, but have not heard anything back. Not that I am expecting to.
Inexperienced ebayer with no respect or etiquette, slow to pay but quick to complain about an item despite a carefully written and accurate description, leaves negative feedback regularly (currently at a rate of 10%) and doesn't communicate with sellers.

Bad buyer... bought a laptop, ignored the description, then files a case, uses the latop for 5 weeks.. now provides a tracking number to satisfy the ebay case, but really has not shipped.
This person on eBay should be avoided by all sellers out there, he will purchases the items after few days later he will send you an email to say that the items is faulty.
Once you offer him the full refund he will leave you very bad negative feedback.

Then he said his girlfriend lived nearby and she would pick up the item and pay. A few days later... he tells me he and his girlfriend had broken up (wonder why?) and so he would need a few weeks to organise something. Blah blah blah. FOUR WEEKS go by - no word from him, no payment.

alex_camden is a "buyer" from Singapore. He purchases items then opens an Item Not Received case only 2 days after the item has been shipped. Paypal will issue him a full refund only days after that with no questions asked. Its part of their Buyer Protection. I contacted several sellers that he purchased items from and they all told me he did chargebacks on them as well.
I have many buyers to add to this list however here are 2 you should block today! 1) Buyer id: redlibra Looks for mid-priced items ($60 to $100), claims they are not as described (SNAD), asks for refund PLUS return shipping label or money to send the item back, will not return the item until you refund all money plus send extra money for return shipping. Although my item was brand new which was clearly documented in 10 large photos in ad I was apologetic & agreed to full refund upon receiving the item back, buyer filed claim with eBay then while waiting for eBay's decision (which I'm certain would have been for her to return the item in order to receive a full refund) filed a Fraudulent CHARGEBACK through her credit card company which of course she won, needless to say she scammed me out of a brand new $150 purse (she paid $60 + $9.95 SH)and received Neg fb. According to her feedback profile she filed at least one other Chargeback on another seller. 2) Buyer ID: soon2bakillian Sent a message requesting item be shipped to a different address in a different state (which would have cost more in shipping) AFTER the item had already shipped. When the item was sent to wrong address she sent me a message complaining and saying she was now forced to leave negative FB. I apologized AND refunded all of her money including shipping, never heard back from her and she still left negative fb. She leaves habitual negatives (of 38 total fb she has left 4 negs and 1 neutral)take a look at her profile. Prior to running across these buyers I had perfect feedback...Block them while you can!

After winning an item, the buyer includes a message stating what he/she is willing to pay for shipping and tells the seller to refund the rest or include cash with the shipment. renee4924 has previously used the names balexan260 and jerseybrent. The names associated with the account are Brent Alexander and Renee Kruger.
This member buys, receives the item, then leaves negative feedback/neutral due to the buyer's own fault of not reading the item details. THEN THIS BUYER STARTS A SMEAR CAMPAIGN ON SCAM SITES claiming to have purchased things she had never purchased. This eBay member commits defamation in intentionally fabricating elaborate stories. The buyer never even asked to process a return and I offered to help her when I saw her feedback! Completely incapable of working well with other human beings.
442b, 110404auktion, eagle062262, 442b is quick to file an item not received complaint only after 4 days, also a bad seller as well. 110404auktion says he'll pay for auction then stiffs you, eagle062262 is a serial NPB.
vaigfort This buyer from Spain lied about about not receiving his item and claimed I never sent it out. Paypal and eBay sided with this buyer as they are biased toward buyers and never help sellers. I am out over $200 because of eBay allowing frauds like this to abuse the buyer protection program. Fortunately they took it off my record and investigated this buyer, but I never got my money back. He has done this to numerous sellers and abuses the feedback system by frequently leaving Negative feedback if he thinks he paid too much for an item. DO NOT sell to this buyer otherwise you can kiss your money goodbye, and eBay and Paypal will not help you.

Firstly can I just say that I have not included personal details of this buyer for obvious reasons, my only aim is to prevent people from being put in the situation I was.
In December 2013 I sold a designer bag to this buyer. It was still in original dust bag, original tags, authenticity certificate all included. Basically brand new as the day it left the factory.
After a few days I received 4 messages claiming the bag was damaged (apparently a few of the metal connecter parts had come off) from the buyer 'received today very cross' etc all within 10 MINUTES. Of course I could not reply to them because I was at work. Straight after 10 minutes they opened a case against me!!! This is of course a breach of eBay's policy that you have to allow a seller to get back to you within 2 days.
The messages began to get very aggressive and accusation able that 'How could you not see this?!?' Knowing the bag was perfect before sending I suggested the idea that it may have happened in the mail. The buyer replied 'THERE IS NO WAY THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IN MAIL' Really? How would you know that?
I asked the buyer to send me pictures of the damaged item so I could confirm that it was the same bag. I received multiple pictures of a bag most were not complete photos, which started my suspicion going. I eventually asked for the complete bag to be shown and the photo I received looked nothing like the one I had sent. It had the qualities of an old used bag, with wrinkles, completely different colour and dirt marks on it.
After tiring of all the same emails (which were poorly written and appeared to be wrote by a child may I add) I agreed to refund the buyer if they send me the bag back and I could review the alleged damage.
Within a few days of them 'dispatching' the bag back to me they escalated the case to customer services at 00:48 and eBay of course found the case in the buyers favour and took the money out of my account!
A month on and I am yet to have receive the bag back. I appealed eBay's decision but since they rarely/ never find a case in a seller's favour I was declined.
eBay recommended that I talk to the post office about not receiving the bag, so I did and they confirmed that the tracking number the buyer had provided eBay with WAS NOT A REAL TRACKING NUMBER. I am now led to believe that this buyer is a scammer and urge people not to buy from her.
I am now left out of pocket, no bag and a tarnished reputation. I am very disappointed that eBay fails to protect it's honest and reputable members and instead sides with the people that are out there to rip you off. With 100% positive feedback in 11 years I really thought eBay would have used it's common sense.

In response to the story of the designer bag, I contacted eBay via phone and explained the situation. I found out that because they had breached their own policy, they gave me my money back! I also promised to eBay to find out where the bag the buyer 'posted back' to me is. Luckily I am good friends with my postman and he passed on information to his manager and found out where it was. Interestingly enough, they had posted the bag (that's how they managed to provide eBay with a post number, which they thought was not traceable) to an address in Newcastle, which is of course is no where near where I live. In fact it's the other side of the country!! It appears that I was right all along the bag was never damaged, & they have either posted it to their friend/family member or sold it on to someone and then claimed money off me. I have now notified eBay as well as the post office of this new information and they are onto them, eBay is reviewing their user and it is likely they will be shut down. Post office may even take them to court for committing fraud. Overall a very good outcome for eBay sellers as this user will be closed down. Please take note of this new scam buyers are trying to pull off & I seriously recommend contacting eBay directly by phone not via resolution centre, it just gets done quicker and your more likelier to get the outcome us sellers deserve.

I also challenged this buyer once I was refunded by eBay informing her that eBay & Royal Mail were reviewing what had happened and was observing her activity for more fraud, I also told her that I knew the address where she had sent the bag and asked her to resend the bag back to me in two weeks, but sadly received no reply regarding this.... Haha.

I have found my user name, rooneyandmuldoon, in these listings several times. I have been buying and selling on eBay for at least 12 years. I have no idea why my name is being peddled around as a bad buyer that needs to be blocked, even by people that don't even know what they are blocking me for. I have always been fair in my dealings with people, both buyers and sellers. I bust my ass to get merchandise shipped quickly, and am very conscientious. As a buyer, I am not going to say that I have never given a neutral or negative, but only in rare instances when they were highly deserved. As a seller, I know what it feels like to get an unwarranted negative. It sucks! But I don't deserve to be on this list, have no idea how I got here, and I surely don't appreciate my name as a buyer being slandered any more than I appreciate getting a negative feedback from some truly nasty buyer when I am the seller.I really think you need to be a bit more careful about this. Jboysmom is a crazy one to add to your list. Pretty much only leaves Negs and takes FOREVER (14 days to pay). Catlady_yellow is another one; she never negs but leaves backhanded positives, which are mostly because of her inability to read descriptions. Alot of her feedback reads "Isn't worth the money, can't see because of my poor eyes" or "heartless seller won't accept return". Pretty funny to go through and read, after you rush to your BBL of course!
Add janhrdy to the list. I sold her a 6 CD set, and she started her obnoxiousness by asking if I was withholding two items which supposedly "were included" with the set. I certainly was not. The 6 CD set had been given to me by a friend to sell. I had started the auction at 99 cents, seeing as how the CDs were used, "like new."
She then went on after she won the items, asking me to add extra padding to the envelope. This sent the package over the amount she had paid to ship by a few cents, but I figured OH WELL, no big deal. I responded, confirming that I had taken extra care to pad the CDs, but she did not thank me.
After she received the 6 CD set 2 days later and felt buyers remorse, or possibly copied the CDs to her computer...she snottily asked why I didn't mention that I had supposedly "changed" one of the cases which made it "cumbersome" to remove one of the fully-functioning CDs. Excuse me? Sounds like a petty complaint made by a petty person. This 6 CD set was sold LIKE NEW. Where is the picture of this supposed swap-out? Most music stores would not accept a return for opened CDs either.
I have a 100% positive feedback score which may be tarnished because SOMEONE is unable to scam me by copying CDs I had sold, then attempting to return the CDs once she's finished copying them. I am NOT a CD rental service! Perhaps if she had been a bit nicer, less demanding, and less of a harassing buyer I would have been more than willing to go against my own policy, which is NO RETURNS in order to accommodate her needs. Ever heard of the saying, “You attract more flies with honey than with vinegar?” Janhrdy is BY FAR the worst buyer I have ever dealt with in my 7 years as an eBay member. She needs to drop her attitude of entitlement. Check her feedback-there is proof that she is an obnoxious buyer.

I went through a number of posts on this site and some of them are among my best customers and have great ratings. So I went through and looked at their postings. A lot of your longest and least descriptive anonymous posts appear to be from 'sellers' who were banned from eBay for fraudulent and in one case criminal practices. One fellow was just indicted by the U.S. Postal police and might get 20yrs. So be careful what you place your faith in.

She bought an item on Dec 19 thru paypal with an eCheck. Payment clears on Dec 22 and I shipped Dec 23rd via USPS Priority because that's what she paid for. She emails me Dec 23rd at 9:57PM demanding I return all shipping costs to her because she's not getting her item for Christmas, 4 minutes later another email same demand. 2 minutes later she neg's stating in all caps how she didn't get her item until AFTER Christmas......not to mention there is still one delivery day left (today).....but even that's not the point -- she shouldn't have paid by eCheck if she didn't want to wait.
markv6991 failed to properly track his package. i gave him the proper FEDEX tracking # of 873979360396 and he tracked it wrong alleging I was a scam artist! As u will see he recieved his purchace. When I asked him to adjust feedback he tried to extort $ back claiming shipment took too long but because he was new to ebay his paypal account had to wait 3 days to clear and then the airport shut down, tracking receipt clearly states delay beyond their control!
I wish you could do an entire entry on this one: Christina "Chris Hullings, current user ID is elisesmommyjasonsdaddy, but she uses dirt.expert, mollyluna27 and others. She has stalked, harassed, etc. Going so far as to look up family photos and backgrounds online to "scare" sellers. She calls at all hours after getting your phone number from ebay, screaming or crying or cursing. She lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon and leaves negative feedback, demands refunds while keeping merchandise. After a decade of eBay, it's safe to say this is the saddest/most disturbed buyer ever. I've included her real name because she changes ID's frequently. She buys patterns, books, make up and vera bradley bags.

Regarding EBid; I have had an account for one year. Zero sales, virtually no traffic. I believe EBid could still be useful to the seller if you advertise your store and generate your own traffic.
Ioffer seems to have some traffic. One sale in my first month.You can automatically transfer your eBay listings in bulk. Watch out for international shipping rates when you do the transfer. Your international shipping rates show up the same as your domestic rates.

Ebay refused to remove the feedback despite that it had nothing to do with the transaction
"schlagzeug66" is a total slime-ball buyer. Has a track record going all the way back to the 90's of not bothering to read listings then blaming the seller for his diappointment with either neutral or negative feedback usually without even bothering to contact the seller before hand.
Eiiightequalsd, was the winning bidder of one of our auctions. A couple of days after the bidding closed we received an email from him saying that he wouldn't have the money to pay until the following Friday. Once Friday came, there was no payment and he did not respond to any of our emails. When we spoke to Ebay Trust & Safety they disclosed he had several strikes filed against him for non-payment and we added ours to the list and we began implementing the two strike per year screen on our listings. Several days later I was looking at his feedback page and he had a new positive feedback for purchasing an almost identical item the day after we opened our strike on his account. We have been fortunate in the sense that we haven't had to open many cases on buyers, so in all honesty I do not know what restrictions it places on a members account with respects to their purchasing ability, however, it seems rather callous of Ebay to have served up another unsuspecting seller to this member so quickly after he scammed us.
Another buyer-beauty from the world of Ebay "soundman2555" This buyer purchased from us then realized he misunderstood the listing and assumed he had been scammed. In his first email to us he accused us engaging in sleazy business practices, complained that we were taking too long to respond, and threatened us with negative feedback. Major warning this buyer is an incredible snob and leaves very abusive and nitpicky feedback and has ripped off buyers as well when he was a seller.
This clown bought two items from me then he took 4 days to pay for them, then then they were shipped out with combined shipping to save on shipping, (note i live in the east coast of the us and this guy lives in California) which he payed for. 5 days after receiving his items he leaves a neutral whining "Seller over charged for shipping. Item not worth the price. Not described well."
when there was a clear description of what he was getting and was willing to bid it up as high as he could to win it. He expects to get something for nothing when as a seller it costs money and my time to pack these and USPS is not free.
Then the jerk complains on another feedback that the other item was very high shipping. And the worst part was he never contacted me to tell me there was a problem, he has been reported to ebay for feedback manipulation and blocked.

gwenisha1987 Ebay is her free Netflix account. Actually bought a DVD set, replied 7 days later it wouldnt play right, filed claim and won with Ebay/Paypal even though I said I would return it. She claimed item damaged. Actually took the time to destroy all the discs with scratches after opening and watching(took her an extra week to even drop in mail), topped it off with big Cheetohs finger prints on the discs. A sloppy scammer to boot. Unreal! I took pictures of returned discs and sent to Paypal and Ebay dispute, but have not heard anything back. Not that I am expecting to.

He won the auction. Then asked if he could pay by postal order - I said no - PayPal was in the terms of the auction or cash, as you had asked. So he whined on about that with some sob story about why he needed to pay by postal order. (I still said no)
Then he said his girlfriend lived nearby and she would pick up the item and pay. A few days later... he tells me he and his girlfriend had broken up (wonder why?) and so he would need a few weeks to organise something. Blah blah blah. FOUR WEEKS go by - no word from him, no payment.

alex_camden is a "buyer" from Singapore. He purchases items then opens an Item Not Received case only 2 days after the item has been shipped. Paypal will issue him a full refund only days after that with no questions asked. Its part of their Buyer Protection. I contacted several sellers that he purchased items from and they all told me he did chargebacks on them as well.

Looks for mid-priced items ($60 to $100), claims they are not as described (SNAD), asks for refund PLUS return shipping label or money to send the item back, will not return the item until you refund all money plus send extra money for return shipping. Although my item was brand new which was clearly documented in 10 large photos in ad I was apologetic & agreed to full refund upon receiving the item back, buyer filed claim with eBay then while waiting for eBay's decision (which I'm certain would have been for her to return the item in order to receive a full refund) filed a Fraudulent CHARGEBACK through her credit card company which of course she won, needless to say she scammed me out of a brand new $150 purse (she paid $60 + $9.95 SH)and received Neg fb. According to her feedback profile she filed at least one other Chargeback on another seller. 2) Buyer ID: soon2bakillian Sent a message requesting item be shipped to a different address in a different state (which would have cost more in shipping) AFTER the item had already shipped. When the item was sent to wrong address she sent me a message complaining and saying she was now forced to leave negative FB. I apologized AND refunded all of her money including shipping, never heard back from her and she still left negative fb. She leaves habitual negatives (of 38 total fb she has left 4 negs and 1 neutral)take a look at her profile. Prior to running across these buyers I had perfect feedback...Block them while you can!

I am out over $200 because of eBay allowing frauds like this to abuse the buyer protection program. Fortunately they took it off my record and investigated this buyer, but I never got my money back. He has done this to numerous sellers and abuses the feedback system by frequently leaving Negative feedback if he thinks he paid too much for an item. Firstly can I just say that I have not included personal details of this buyer for obvious reasons, my only aim is to prevent people from being put in the situation I was.
In December 2013 I sold a designer bag to this buyer. It was still in original dust bag, original tags, authenticity certificate all included. Basically brand new as the day it left the factory.
After a few days I received 4 messages claiming the bag was damaged (apparently a few of the metal connecter parts had come off) from the buyer 'received today very cross' etc all within 10 MINUTES. Of course I could not reply to them because I was at work. Straight after 10 minutes they opened a case against me!!!
This is of course a breach of eBay's policy that you have to allow a seller to get back to you within 2 days.
The messages began to get very aggressive and accusation able that 'How could you not see this?!?' Knowing the bag was perfect before sending I suggested the idea that it may have happened in the mail. The buyer replied 'THERE IS NO WAY THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IN MAIL' Really? How would you know that?
I asked the buyer to send me pictures of the damaged item so I could confirm that it was the same bag. I received multiple pictures of a bag most were not complete photos, which started my suspicion going. I eventually asked for the complete bag to be shown and the photo I received looked nothing like the one I had sent. It had the qualities of an old used bag, with wrinkles, completely different colour and dirt marks on it.
After tiring of all the same emails (which were poorly written and appeared to be wrote by a child may I add) I agreed to refund the buyer if they send me the bag back and I could review the alleged damage.
Within a few days of them 'dispatching' the bag back to me they escalated the case to customer services at 00:48 and eBay of course found the case in the buyers favour and took the money out of my account!
A month on and I am yet to have receive the bag back. I appealed eBay's decision but since they rarely/ never find a case in a seller's favour I was declined.
eBay recommended that I talk to the post office about not receiving the bag, so I did and they confirmed that the tracking number the buyer had provided eBay with WAS NOT A REAL TRACKING NUMBER. I am now led to believe that this buyer is a scammer and urge people not to buy from her.
I am now left out of pocket, no bag and a tarnished reputation. I am very disappointed that eBay fails to protect it's honest and reputable members and instead sides with the people that are out there to rip you off. With 100% positive feedback in 11 years I really thought eBay would have used it's common sense.

In response to the story of the designer bag, I contacted eBay via phone and explained the situation. I found out that because they had breached their own policy, they gave me my money back! I also promised to eBay to find out where the bag the buyer 'posted back' to me is. Luckily I am good friends with my postman and he passed on information to his manager and found out where it was. Interestingly enough, they had posted the bag (that's how they managed to provide eBay with a post number, which they thought was not traceable) to an address in Newcastle, which is of course is no where near where I live. In fact it's the other side of the country!! It appears that I was right all along the bag was never damaged, & they have either posted it to their friend/family member or sold it on to someone and then claimed money off me.
I have now notified eBay as well as the post office of this new information and they are onto them, eBay is reviewing their user and it is likely they will be shut down. Post office may even take them to court for committing fraud. Overall a very good outcome for eBay sellers as this user will be closed down. Please take note of this new scam buyers are trying to pull off & I seriously recommend contacting eBay directly by phone not via resolution centre, it just gets done quicker and your more likelier to get the outcome us sellers deserve.
^ user has changed names (again) to feistyoneyouare1973. This member has a history for changing users often, in just a few years they have changed users 14 times.
I also challenged this buyer once I was refunded by eBay informing her that eBay & Royal Mail were reviewing what had happened and was observing her activity for more fraud, I also told her that I knew the address where she had sent the bag and asked her to resend the bag back to me in two weeks, but sadly received no reply regarding this.... Haha.

I have found my user name, rooneyandmuldoon, in these listings several times. I have been buying and selling on eBay for at least 12 years. I have no idea why my name is being peddled around as a bad buyer that needs to be blocked, even by people that don't even know what they are blocking me for. I have always been fair in my dealings with people, both buyers and sellers. I bust my ass to get merchandise shipped quickly, and am very conscientious. As a buyer, I am not going to say that I have never given a neutral or negative, but only in rare instances when they were highly deserved. As a seller, I know what it feels like to get an unwarranted negative. It sucks! But I don't deserve to be on this list, have no idea how I got here, and I surely don't appreciate my name as a buyer being slandered any more than I appreciate getting a negative feedback from some truly nasty buyer when I am the seller.I really think you need to be a bit more careful about this. Thanks.
